These Terms govern your use of Plug, operated by SoinsAI Inc. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Plug, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Plug. Plug references bars, nightlife, and alcohol; it does not sell alcohol and is not a substitute for legal drinking age or responsible behavior. You are responsible for complying with all laws.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others or create accounts to evade bans. You may delete your account anytime in Settings.
Plug is a community. You agree not to:
We use automated filtering and human moderation. You can report or block anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the content you post but grant us a license to host and display it to operate Plug. You're responsible for what you post. We may remove content and act on reports; content flagged as objectionable is addressed promptly (we aim to review reports within 24 hours). There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Plug uses "credits," a virtual in-app reward earned by contributing (reporting lines, posting photos, confirmations, invites). Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted or reset. We may change how credits are earned or spent at any time.
Location features are optional and provided "as is." Live bar information is user-generated and may be inaccurate or out of date, so use your own judgment. Never drink and drive. In an emergency, call 911. Plug is not responsible for decisions you make based on the app.
Plug, its name, logo, and software are owned by SoinsAI Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Plug is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of user content, uninterrupted service, or that the app is error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoinsAI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Plug. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You may stop using Plug and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
